Organization
Community action since 1965.
CSNT identifies itself in current procurement materials as a nonprofit organization established in 1965. The agency serves economically and socially disadvantaged people across Northeast Texas and coordinates local, state, federal, and private resources toward greater self-sufficiency.
Current CSNT materials identify a 12-county service area: Bowie, Camp, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Rains, Red River, Titus.
